Measure your head circumference by placing the tape measure horizontally around your head. Guide it about one centimetre above your eyebrows across your forehead and around the widest part at the back of your head. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and is neither slipping nor too tight so you get an accurate measurement.

Sonnenvisier verkratzt
An sich ein guter,schicker Helm.Bequem,auch für Brillenträger.Ab 80 km/h wird es allerdings sehr laut.Das Etikett auf dem Helminnenfutter färbt ab.Alles verschmerzbar.Aber was gar nicht geht: Das Sonnenvisier schleift beim Hochklappen an der Innenseite der Helmschale und wird zerkratzt,sodaß es unbrauchbar bzw zum Sicherheitsrisiko wird.Das Problem ist bekannt.

Sehr guter Helm
Bequem zu tragen auch als Brillenträger. Der eingebaute Sonnenschutz ist auch sehr vorteilhaft.
