Qualititiv gut, die Größenangaben sollten insgesamt mal einee Prüfung unterzogen werden
Nach einer Woche Warterei: Die Zustellung wurde auch am Montag, den 21.7., 3 Stops vor meiner Adresse, wieder abgebrochen und "fehlgeleitet". Ich musste 35 Minuten hin und 35 Minuten zurück nach zur DHL-Verteilzentrale rausfahren, dort mächtig auf den Putz hauen, damit mir das Paket ausgehändigt wird. Eure Argumentation - schlichtweg hahnebüchen und unprofessionell: "Wir versenden 1000 Pakete am Tag" - lasse ich nicht gelten, denn es werden wohl hoffentlich nicht 1000 Pakete am Tag eine Woche lang fehlgeleitet, oder? Als Versender einer bereits bezahlten Ware ist DHL euer Vertragspartner, nicht meiner. Ich gebe euch keine Schuld daran, dass DHL "Mist baut", aber eure Unterstützung, damit ich das Paket erhalte, ließ arg zu wünschen übrig. De Facto musste ich mich kümmern - mit einem nicht unerheblichen Geld- und Zeiteinsatz. Die Erstattung der Versandgebühren - das absolut Mindeste was man erwarten kann - steht in keiner Relation zur Zeit, die ich mit Anrufen bei Euch, bei DHL und nicht zuletzt mit meiner "Abholaktion" verbracht habe.
