IXS Sport RS-800 1.0 Two Piece Motorcycle Leather Suit

2-piece suit made of bovine nappa leather with aerodynamic hump.

Mit der richtigen Größe bestimmt gut..

Die Kombi macht auf den ersten Blick einen ganz guten Eindruck. Ich versuche das ganze in Relation zum Preis zu sehen, da ich als direkten Vergleich nur eine 1200€ Held Slade 2 in 102 habe… Ich habe die IXS Kombi ebenfalls in 102 gewählt. Bei meiner Held ist an den Armen noch etwas Luft, ansonsten sitzt diese top. Daher dachte ich, dass ich hier mit einer 102 perfekt bedient wäre. Die Beine liegen schön eng an, sind aber definitiv zu lang. Ich bin 183 groß und die Kombi ist eher für jemanden mit 190+ gedacht. Andererseits ist der Hosenbund vieeeel zu eng. Selbst 2 Nummern größer hätten vermutlich nicht gepasst. Bei der Jacke ähnliches Spiel. Arme sind super eng anliegend und sehr bequem, die Schulter aber absolut unbequem (weil vermutlich zu eng). Die Jacke bekommt man auch mit Luft anhalten kaum zu. Die Protektoren wirken an sich recht hochwertig. Gute Knie/Schienbeinpeotektoren und Schultern ebenfalls. Die Protektoren der Unterarme/Ellbogen kann man zusammendrücken… sind also nur fester Schaumstoff. Ich denke wenn man seine richtige Größe gefunden hat, ist diese Kombi für den aktuellen Angebotspreis von 440€ absolut empfehlenswert. Ich habe mir nun mal eine 54 bestellt und werde danach berichten.

poor quality

The first suit I ordered had a problem with the elbow pads (a manufacturing defect). The second one, which I ordered as a replacement, lasted less than 2,000 km before a large number of seams started to tear; I don’t think this suit would be safe in the event of a serious accident. The colored parts of the suit cracked almost immediately after the first ride, and the leather started to wear through on the knees where it comes into contact with the motorcycle.

Bei 1,83 und 107kg passt mir Gr.58 perfekt. Bisher meine beste Lederkombi die ich je hatte!

Great fitment & quality

I am 180cm and 70kg, choose size 52 and it fit snug. I do work out in the gym so I didn't know if size 50, 52 or 54 was the right one. However, size 52 fits just right.
