Sehr guter und optisch wahnsinnig einzigartiger Helm
Der Helm ist optisch natürlich ein wahrer Hingucker. Hiermit fällt man definitiv auf. Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist ebenfalls sehr gut und was ich definitiv noch erwähnen möchte, ist das definitiv beschlagfreie Visier. Hier hat der Hersteller wirklich gute Arbeit geleistet. Auch wenn man sich Mühe gibt, kriegt man dieses Visier wirklich nicht dazu zu beschlagen🤣. Passform ist ebenfalls sehr gut und durch den Nackenausschnitt hinten im Helm ist es auch bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten angenehm nach rechts oder links zu schauen. Das Visier ist sehr angenehm getönt und kann tatsächlich bei einer Abfahrt ebenfalls benutzt werden. Alles in allem ein wirklich sehr guter Helm für diesen Preis und nur zu empfehlen. Der Kundenservice von FC-Moto ist definitiv noch hervorzuheben. Hier Hatte ich leider des Öfteren Kontakt, weil es Probleme bei dem Hersteller des Helms gab. Die Damen, mit denen ich hier Kontakt habe, waren jedes Mal wahnsinnig freundlich zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert für den Kunden. Hier wurde ich wahnsinnig gut behandelt und hier wurde definitiv lösungsorientiert in meine Richtung gedacht und das Unternehmen hat sich hinten angestellt, was man heute auch sehr sehr selten erleben darf. Vielen Dank noch mal an die Damen vom Kundenservice. Ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute für die Zukunft. Die nächste Bestellung kommt bestimmt.😉
