Measure your foot length from the heel to the tip of your longest toe. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper and distribute your weight evenly. Mark the very back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe, then measure the distance between those two points. Make sure you are standing straight, because the foot expands slightly under weight.

I am usually size 36 and it fits perfectly. Comfortable and no complains at all. Have not tried it in the rain but I assume it would be fine. Would recommend!
