How to measure your height:

Shoulder width
Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

Chest circumference
Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

Waist
Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

Hips
Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

Arm length
Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.
Einziger Retrohelm mit Belüftung den ich gefunden habe. Daher habe ich ihn behalten, obwohl er wirklich nicht auf einen schmalen Kopf passt. Je 1 Socke hinter die Polsterung und schon geht es. Bei dem Preis muss man auch Abstriche machen, oder halt einen teureren Helm kaufen. Der Schirm ist real kürzer als er auf den Fotos wirkt.

Viel besser als Erwartet
Dieser Helm ist echt super für meinen Eierkopf.
Er ist bequem und für die Bauart für mich leise. Jetzt noch die passende Brille finden und alles ist gut.
Übrigens, der Schirm bleibt auch bei über 100 km/h nicht störend.

Sauber verarbeitet
Schöner Helm, allerdings nichts für schmale Wangen, leider. Hätte den Helm gerne behalten.
Auch eine Nummer kleiner war leider an den Wangen zu breit.
Umtausch absolut Problemlos, werde bei anderen Produkten wieder auf FC Moto zurück greifen.
