You can return the waste oil to us in the quantity that corresponds to the quantity purchased from us. Return location is our point of sale: FC-Moto GmbH & Co. KG, Aachener Str. 21 – 23, D-52146 Würselen. You can drop off the oils there at any time during our opening hours. Alternatively, you can also send us the used oil – if you cover the shipping costs. Please note that special transport conditions may apply to waste oil. Contact your shipping partner. We would also like to point out that our acceptance point has a facility that makes it possible to carry out the oil change professionally. If you are a commercial end consumer, we would also like to point out that we can use third parties to fulfill our acceptance obligations towards you. The above conditions also apply to all packaging.
