Wilbers progressive fork springs
With Wilbers' fork springs you achieve a perfect tuning of your front fork without breakthrough.
For this purpose you will receive an ABE and thus save even moreTime and money for entries.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The ABE is only valid if a corresponding Wilbers shock absorber for lowering is installed.
Reduction of friction throughFine grinding, this is how the ZERO friction is created.
In the vibratory grinding process, the components to be machined, such as our fork springs, are located together with a specialtuned grinding wheel in a vibrating container, the so-called trough vibrator. The vibrations of the container generate a relative movement between the workpiece and the grinding wheel andlead to a smoothing of the component surface due to the constant rubbing against each other. At the end of the processing a fine, shiny surface is obtained. Especially with our fork springs meansthis reduction in surface roughness a minimization of friction = ZERO friction.
