How to measure your height:

Sizing Info
1 Shoulder width

Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

2 Chest circumference

Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

3 Waist

Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

4 Hips

Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

5 Arm length

Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.

6 Inseam

Measure your inseam from the crotch down along the inside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright, ideally without shoes and with your legs slightly apart. Run the tape measure straight down and make sure it does not slip.

7 Outseam

Measure the outside leg length from your hip down the outside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright and barefoot with your legs naturally straight. Place the tape measure at the side of your hip and run it straight down to the sole. Make sure it stays close to your body and does not slip.

8 Thigh

Measure your thigh at the fullest part. Wrap the tape loosely around your leg without pulling it tight. For an accurate result, stand relaxed and distribute your weight evenly on both legs.

Good product, excellent quality

I live in a hot region, for me, very important, so that I can wear a jeans all the time. 1. in hot weather, not comfortable. 2. Kevlar lining, not over the entire surface, only individual parts (panties and knee pads). 3. It feels like the knee protection is a little lower than it should be, but I bought jeans in size 34 in height (since there was no size 32 available) and shortened them. 4. Be sure to check your size according to the chart, I usually wear size 32-33, in this case, my size 31.

Excellent jeans but bigger that normal

I ordered it according to my casual jeans size but it is much much bigger. At least it is bigger by two sizes.

Fazit nach ein paar Monaten

Trage die Hose auf dem Weg zur Arbeit und während der Arbeit. Bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden, keine Mängel oder aufgegangene Nähte. Im Sommer muss man Abstriche machen, der Stoff ist relativ dick.

Sehr gut

Wollte für kurze Fahrten mit eventuellem Aufenthalt in einem Cafe o.ä. eine angenehmere Hose. Die Hose erfüllt jeglichem Anspruch. Die Größe passt perfekt, Protektoren sitzen wo sie sollen und angenehm zu tragen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
