Very good feel.

This pants have a very good feel (if your underwear is agood). Good protection. I bought M regular but shoud have taken a longer version as they come a bit short. I am 176 cm and 76 kg.

Mittelmäßig

Die Passform ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Extrem dünne Beine sind erforderlich. Die Größenangabe über die KI ist fehlerhaft

Good quality Good fit

Ideally I should have gone with the long leg option; however, otherwise these pants fit really well. They breath well in the hot weather while still giving the reassurance of leather protection as per the Motocap university testing site where they scored really well. The price was also excellent. The best I could find even taking into account postage to the other side of the world. Thanks fc-moto.de :-)

Good pants for summer riding. Not perfect but getting there.

I also own these pants in its previous version (Ignition3). I am sharing my impressions by comparing both in case it helps somebody. Waist fit. Fit is very similar in both versions. I bought the Ignition 4 in 50 and it suits me well. For perspective, I am 5'11 and usually wear 32x32 jeans although these days I am more of a 33x32. No complaints here. Length. Ignition 4 has a more "sporty" cut with a shorter leg than Ignition3 but this results in a better fit for me as the previous iteration was probably a tad longer than what I need. Again, I'm 5`11 (180cm). In the Boot vs Out of the boot. Ignition3 was not to be worn in the boot. Ignition 4 can be worn either in our out. The Ignition4 has stretch at the bottom and a dual zipper which lets you adjust it over the boot or in the boot. Having said that and despite the fact that the cut is sportier than the previous version, the Ignition 4 cut is not as close to the calf, nor as short at the bottom as real sporty pants. This results in some excess material that needs to be tucked to wear them inside the boot. Not terrible but certainly not ideal. Conversely, the stretch material at the bottom and the fact that these are not as short as real sporty pants now makes the Ignition 4 pants easier to be worn over the boot. The Ignition 3 did not had stretch so putting them over the TPU guards of my AStars SMX6 was quite challenging which is not at all he case with the new version. Comfort. While the Ignition3 had the loose leg cut typical of touring pants, the Ignition4 fit is more tapered/tighter at the leg. However the 4 is note less comfortable as it stretches at the crotch so it does not feel restrictive when mounting and dismounting the bike. Rain Liner. This is probably the worst feature in both versions. The liner is designed to be worn only inside the pants. IMO there is no way somebody is stopping, taking out the pants, putting the liner inside and the putting the pants on again in case of a sudden rain. I use an external rain pants to solve it but I just don't understand why Revit made it this way in a summer oriented pants. Air. They both flow a good amount of air when moving as they have perforations/mesh at the bottom leg, which in my bike is where I get most air from (seated upright position). Still I rate the Ign4 as less airy than the Ign3 because the looser fit of the second allows more air inside the pants when not in motion. Finally I want to mention that the Ign4 only has one button at the waist, compared to button plus a hook system in the Ign3. The zipper puller has also a weird shape in the new pants. In these areas the newer version has lost quality vs the old one. Overall I am glad with my purchase as these pants cover 80% of my needs. Removing excess material at the bottom, a more secure waist closing system and a rain liner designed to be worn over the pants would improve this product IMO but I am still keeping them for summer riding.
