Built using a premium 10k waterproof and 10k breathable Tactel laminate, rain instantly beads off the garment, preventing water soak. Inside the jacket is a stand alone synthetic down jacket, with a 500 power fill rating. Armour comes in the form of D3O’s highly ventilated LP1 shoulder and elbow, with provision for a back protector. Despite the casual styling Jagger is rated to level AA.

Warm and roomy
A warm and Roomy Jacket, Merlin are roomy especially in the shoulders and chest area compared to many other brands. I am 178 cm and 112 cm chest, Size Large fits well.
Jacket feels solid build quality and inner jackets is easily removed.
I have tested it in 6 degree weather and it works fine. The sleeves are quite thick at the wrists so gauntlet gloves are recommended.
