How to measure your height:

1 Shoulder width

Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

2 Chest circumference

Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

3 Waist

Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

4 Hips

Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

5 Arm length

Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.

6 Inseam

Measure your inseam from the crotch down along the inside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright, ideally without shoes and with your legs slightly apart. Run the tape measure straight down and make sure it does not slip.

7 Outseam

Measure the outside leg length from your hip down the outside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright and barefoot with your legs naturally straight. Place the tape measure at the side of your hip and run it straight down to the sole. Make sure it stays close to your body and does not slip.

8 Thigh

Measure your thigh at the fullest part. Wrap the tape loosely around your leg without pulling it tight. For an accurate result, stand relaxed and distribute your weight evenly on both legs.

Gut

Die Jacke passt sehr gut. Ich bin 189/90kg und habe die Jacke in Größe "L" gekauft. Leider sind alle Taschen viel zu klein !!!! Geldbeutel oder Handy passt nur in der Miniversion in irgendeine Tasche der Jacke rein. LG aus dem Schwobaländle

It's a great motorcycle shirt that's very well made, protective and looks awesome

I got the Motoshirt after I found about it from a review posted by Mcgearhub.com and also jeans from another brand that was reviewed on the same website too. Got the Motoshirt for my commute to work and riding on my Harley V-Rod which has a fair reach to the handles. I've no problems with the comfort of the Motoshirt on my V-Rod and the Motoshirt just looks badass. It's very well made and the armor is soft and doesnt press against the arms unlike the harder armor from other brands. Fit is perfect as well. And then the AAA rating which is what I was looking for, AAA rating and looks good. Really happy with the Motoshirt. Thanks Mcgearhub.com for reviewing it and John Doe for making it!
