Mangelhafte Kontrolle – Gebrauchtware als neu verschickt
Leider war meine Bestellung der Halvarssons Seth Lederhose ein totaler Reinfall. Der Artikel wies deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen auf (glänzende, gewetzte Stellen an Knien und Hüfte), die man normalerweise nur von bereits getragener Kleidung kennt. Sogar die Logo-Prägung war fast vollständig abgerieben.
Es erweckt massiv den Eindruck, dass es sich hier um eine bereits retournierte Ware handelt, die mir nun als Neuware verkauft werden sollte. Dass eine solche Hose ohne vorherige Kontrolle erneut in den Versand geht, ist absolut inakzeptabel.
Besonders schade ist das für die Marke Halvarssons: Eine solche mangelhafte Abwicklung seitens FC-Moto ist für den Ruf des Herstellers absolut rufschädigend, da die eigentlich gewohnte Qualität hier völlig untergeht. Bei einem Preis von über 270 € erwarte ich fabrikneue Ware und keine Second-Hand-Qualität.
Die Reklamation wurde noch am selben Tag eingeleitet und das Paket ist bereits auf dem Rückweg. Ich hoffe nun auf eine schnelle Erstattung.
