How to measure your height:

1 Waist

Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

2 Hips

Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

3 Inseam

Measure your inseam from the crotch down along the inside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright, ideally without shoes and with your legs slightly apart. Run the tape measure straight down and make sure it does not slip.

Gut

Habe in der Hose über 2500 Kilometer in Vietnam auf dem Bike abgespult. Grundsätzlich sehr solide mit gut sitzenden und starken Protektoren an Knien und Schienbeinen. Hüfte muss man selbst nachrüsten. Habe auf Asphalt mal eine relativ langsamen Lowsider hingelegt und die Hose hat sehr gut ihren Dienst getan ohne Schaden zu nehmen. Mir passt die Hose in meiner Größe grundsätzlich gut, Schritt ist relativ knapp bemessen (italienisches Produkt halt) also im Zweifel evtl. eine Nummer Größer bestellen. Einen Punkt habe ich abgezogen, denn die Belüftungsfunktion am Oberschenkel (die mit ein Hauptgrund für den Kauf war) ist eher dürftig. Viel Luftstrom kommt nicht zustande. Alle anderen Funktionen haben aber überzeugt, deshalb trotzdem ein gutes Produkt.
