Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

Stylisch, wertig und optisch perfekt
Der Gurt ist mir persönlich etwas zu klein in der Fläche die er abdeckt. In der Passform und Umfang ist er gut.
Leider ist er nicht so wertig wie er sein sollte. Nach nun mehr 6 Wochen Nutzung sind die ersten Ziehfäden auf. Werde ihn reklamieren

Top Halt und Passform
Habe diesen Nierengurt bestellt, da ich einen Ersatz brauchte. In XL ist er bei meiner Grösse von 1,90 und 85Kg sehr gut passend und kann durch die Klettverschlusstechnik, dem eigenen Geschmack an Stützung gut angepasst werden. Top Qualität.
