How to measure your height:

1 Body height

To determine your exact height, stand on a flat surface without shoes, preferably with your back against a straight wall. Ensure that your head, shoulders and bottom are lightly touching the wall. Use a tape measure or folding rule and measure vertically from the highest point of your head (crown) to the sole of your foot. A second person can help you hold the tape measure straight and read the exact height.

2 Chest circumference

To measure your chest size correctly, place the measuring tape horizontally around your upper body at the fullest part of your chest. Ensure that the tape measure is not too tight and runs parallel to the floor. Breathe in and out normally to obtain a realistic measurement. It may be helpful to take the measurement in front of a mirror or ask a second person for assistance.

3 Waist circumference

The waist circumference is measured at the narrowest point of your torso – usually just above the navel. Ensure that the tape measure is horizontal and fits snugly, but does not cut into the skin. Breathe calmly and maintain a natural posture to obtain an accurate result.

4 Hip circumference

To measure your hip circumference, stand upright and wrap the tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Ensure that the tape measure is flat and parallel to the floor. A second person or a mirror can help to take an accurate measurement.

5 Inside leg length

The inside leg length is measured along the inside of the leg from the crotch to the sole of the foot. Stand up straight, preferably barefoot. If possible, ask someone else to help you to obtain a more accurate measurement. A practical method is to measure a pair of trousers that fit well: Lay them flat and measure the inside leg length from the crotch to the bottom hem.

Sehr Zufrieden

Kurz zu mir. Größe 188 / 88kg Jacken Größe XXL Jacke ist groß genug, um einen Pulli darunter anzuziehen aber auch nicht zu weit. Ich habe mir die Jacke für die heißen Sommertage gekauft, um damit zur Arbeit hin und zurückzufahren. Bei morgendlichen 7-12 Grad durch Waldgebiete ist die Jacke definitiv mit dem Liner zu fahren sonst wird’s frisch. Nachmittags bei >23 grad den Liner raus und die Jacke übers T-Shirt geworfen und eine schöne Abendrunde drehen. Dafür ist die Jacke perfekt schön luftig und man fängt auch nicht das Schwitzen an, wenn man mal in der Sonnen an der Ampel steht. Für regnerische Tage ist die Jacke halt nichts. Aber das erklärt sich denke ich vom Aufbau der Jacke her schon. Ich habe dafür einfach eine dünne Regenjacke im Rucksack die bei bedarf darüber gezogen wird. Für meine Anwendung ist die Jacke super.
