The goal of the Alpinestars Supertech helmet family was to develop the most advanced, protective and high performance helmets for riders worldwide. With the S-M10, Alpinestars' helmet development team has created a helmet that offers a perfect blend of excellent ventilation and unrivaled comfort to create a helmet with the lowest possible weight without compromise. The design of the S-M10 offers a smooth, attractive, aerodynamic profile that is optimally free of external channels and features that could act as a stress point on impact or compromise the overall integrity of the helmet construction. The curvature of the surface provides reduced friction on impact, allowing for deflection and the most efficient transfer of energy to protect the rider's head from direct force to the skull, neck and spine.

• The S-M10 helmet shell sizing solution ensures that each helmet size has its own matching shell size to provide the most anatomical solution for the most diverse fit needs around the world. Four different helmet shell sizes (S, M, L and XL) and six consumer sizes (XS to XXL) ensure that the rider has the right fit, which not only improves comfort and reduces overall weight, but more importantly increases the helmet's effectiveness in the event of an impact
• The patented A-head adjustment system allows easy adjustment of the angle and height at which the helmet sits on the head
• Ultra-ventilated helmet with 28 individual inlets and outlets, excluding the eye opening, with 18 inlets and 10 outlets, for optimal ventilation
• The new profile of the revised chin bar has been specially shaped to create a relief that extends beyond the collarbone, with a new, softer EPS layer that extends beyond the helmet shell and is covered by a more flexible rubber compound that reduces the risk of collarbone injuries

• The result of the unique shell layering process used in the construction of the S-M10 is extremely effective impact protection. The S-M10 offers linear and oblique impact protection that exceeds current helmet standards. In a direct linear impact, the S-M10 exceeds the new ECE 22.06 standard for 2024 by an average of 46% in normal speed impacts. In the new requirements for linear impact velocities at low and high speed, the S-M10 exceeds the standards by 23% and 28% respectively. In rotational acceleration and oblique impact, the S-M10 exceeds the new ECE 22.06 standard for peak rotational acceleration by 76%.
• MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System)
• Removable side pads made of a semi-soft polymer offer additional protection and a larger contact surface to distribute the impact energy

Helmet shell construction:

• 3K carbon: An outer layer of high-density carbon that improves strength and efficiency of energy dissipation across the shell

• Aramid fiber layer: Provides critical protection against penetration
