How to measure your height:

Waist
Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

Hips
Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

Inseam
Measure your inseam from the crotch down along the inside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright, ideally without shoes and with your legs slightly apart. Run the tape measure straight down and make sure it does not slip.

Thigh
Measure your thigh at the fullest part. Wrap the tape loosely around your leg without pulling it tight. For an accurate result, stand relaxed and distribute your weight evenly on both legs.

Sehr gute Hose
Fahre die Hose zZ in Thailands Norden, Temperaturen zwischen 12 und 38, keine Probleme mit beiden Graden. Ich habe Grösse XXL gekauft da chives beim mag, meine Jeans Gr. Ist 36 waist, 34 Länge. Da passt die Air super, XL war etwas eng und kurz im Sitzen!
