Measure your head circumference by placing the tape measure horizontally around your head. Guide it about one centimetre above your eyebrows across your forehead and around the widest part at the back of your head. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and is neither slipping nor too tight so you get an accurate measurement.

Good helmet
The helmet was moderate to good, because it hasn't got a food fit and pressures to points that it shouldn't. The materials are good, but the noise of the air inside is annoying.
