Measure your foot length from the heel to the tip of your longest toe. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper and distribute your weight evenly. Mark the very back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe, then measure the distance between those two points. Make sure you are standing straight, because the foot expands slightly under weight.

good quality but very tight/narrow and heavy
According to Acerbis' size table 44 should fit, for my slightly wider foot I ordered size 45 and they're way too tight in the toebox as well as too narrow for all the foot/boot. Shoe length (45) would fit. Not made for wide feet.
Aside the size: nice build quality boots, good buckles, I'd assume good protection.
Compared to Leatt 4.5s (too tight, too) ; Alpinestars Tech7 or Fox Motion (mine now) they seem really heavy.
