How to measure your height:

1 Schulterbreite

Die Schulterbreite misst du am Rücken von der äußeren Kante der einen Schulter bis zur äußeren Kante der anderen Schulter. Stehe dabei aufrecht und lasse die Arme locker seitlich hängen. Führe das Maßband von Schulterpunkt zu Schulterpunkt über den oberen Rücken und achte darauf, dass es nicht verrutscht.

2 Brustumfang

Den Brustumfang misst du an der breitesten Stelle deiner Brust. Führe das Maßband waagerecht unter den Armen um deinen Oberkörper. Achte darauf, dass das Band gerade verläuft und du entspannt atmest, ohne die Brust aufzublähen.

3 Taille

Die Taille misst du an der schmalsten Stelle deines Oberkörpers, meist knapp oberhalb des Bauchnabels. Stelle dich aufrecht hin und atme normal weiter, während du das Maßband waagerecht um deinen Körper legst. Achte darauf, dass das Band weder einschneidet noch zu locker sitzt, damit du ein realistisches Maß erhältst.

4 Hüfte

Die Hüfte misst du an der breitesten Stelle deines Gesäßes. Stelle dich gerade hin, die Füße etwa hüftbreit auseinander, und führe das Maßband waagerecht um deinen Körper. Wichtig ist, dass das Maßband überall auf gleicher Höhe verläuft und nicht nach oben oder unten verrutscht.

5 Armlänge

Die Armlänge misst du vom äußeren Schulterpunkt (Übergang vom Oberarmknochen zur Schulter) bis zum Handgelenk. Lasse deinen Arm dabei locker und entspannt seitlich am Körper hängen. Das Maßband führst du entlang der Außenseite des Arms bis zum Handgelenk.

6 Innenbeinlänge

Die Innenbeinlänge misst du vom Schritt entlang der Innenseite deines Beins bis zur Fußsohle. Stehe dabei aufrecht und am besten ohne Schuhe, mit leicht gespreizten Beinen. Führe das Maßband gerade nach unten und achte darauf, dass es nicht verrutscht.

7 Außenbeinlänge

Die Außenbeinlänge misst du von der Hüfte bis zur Fußsohle entlang der Außenseite deines Beins. Stelle dich dafür aufrecht und barfuß hin, mit locker gestreckten Beinen. Lege das Maßband an der seitlichen Hüfte an und führe es gerade nach unten bis zur Fußsohle. Achte darauf, dass das Maßband eng am Körper anliegt und nicht verrutscht.

8 Oberschenkel

Der Oberschenkel wird an der kräftigsten Stelle des Oberschenkels gemessen. Lege das Maßband locker um das Bein, ohne es einzuschnüren. Für ein genaues Ergebnis solltest du entspannt stehen und das Gewicht gleichmäßig auf beide Beine verteilen.
