1 Foot length

Measure your foot length from the heel to the tip of your longest toe. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper and distribute your weight evenly. Mark the very back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe, then measure the distance between those two points. Measure your foot width at the widest part of your foot, usually across the ball of the foot. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper, mark the outermost widest points, and measure the distance between them. Make sure your foot is flat on the floor and that the marks or tape measure are not angled.
