A very good product. I have used it in very bad storms twice. Does not leak water, but the pants are required also.

Very good for the price.
Flourescent color is important not only that you are better seen from surrounding traffic but also that you feel more safe yourself by being noticeable. Simple but sufficient structure allow easy to put on and take off, as well as enough adjustment on collar, arm, wrist and waist.
