Drehverschluss nach kurzer Zeit defekt
Ich habe den Stiefel vorwiegend auf Asphalt aber auch im Gelände auf rund 5.000km durch Pyrenäen, Nordspanien und im Trentino gefahren und bin dabei in mehrere mehrstündige prasselne Regengüsse mit Graupel, Sturm, knöchelhohem Wasser auf der Fahrbahn, ja dem vollem Programm gekommen. Auch Flußdurchfahrten waren dabei. Am Abend beim Ausziehen waren die Füße immer absolut trocken. Auch bei den Hitzepassagen mit 39° kein merkbares Schwitzen. GoreTex halt. Nicht zu toppen.
Komfort: Beim Anprobieren haben die Stiefel an den Knöcheln geschmerzt. Da drückt das Kunststoffscharnier. Ich habe die Einlegesohle so nachjustiert, dass der Fuß genau mittig steht. Dadurch ist der Druck auf den Knöchel tolerierbar geworden. Durch das Tragen hat es sich weiter gebessert aber Hausschuh wird da keiner mehr draus.
Funktion: Durch die relativ niedrige Zehenbox kommt man bequem unter den Schalthebel. Der Fuß ist flexibel so daß man gut aus dem Fußgelenk schalten und bremsen kann und auch ein gutes Bremsgefühl hat (Im Gegensatz zu meinen Endurostiefeln).
Leider machen die Drehverschlüsse mächtig Probleme. Bereits nach dem ersten heftigen Regenschauer war bei beiden unteren Drehverschlüssen fühlbar "Sand im Getriebe". Nach Abduschen und Spülen schien das Problem behoben, doch der linke Drehverschluss blieb haklig. Die beiden unteren Drehverschlüsse sind bei und nach Regenfällen halt voll im Schmutzwasserstrahl des Vorderreifen. Dadurch kommt unvermeidlich Schmutz und Sand in den Drehverschluss und blockiert diesen früher oder später. Bei mir war nach 14 Motorrad- bzw. 30 Kalendertagen Schluß. Der linke Drehverschluss war blockiert und eine ziemlich demoliert wirkende Plastikscheibe kam darunter zum Vorschein.
An FC-Moto zurückgeschickt und 5 Wochen ohne Stiefel und ohne Ahnung wie das nun weitergeht keine Silbe von FC-Moto gehört. Dann brachte DHL die reparierten Stiefel.
Fazit: Soo schade! Ein eigentlich toller, absolut wasserdichter komfortabler Stiefel der auch für hohe Temperaturen geeignet ist, aber durch das Drehverschlussproblem erwartbar seine Dienst quittiert und damit für mich unbrauchbar ist. Stell dir vor du bist staubbedeckt irgendwo in Marokko und am Abend kommst Du nicht mehr aus den Stiefeln .....

Wundbar aber drückt
Leider, passen mir die schuhe der Firma Sidi nicht, erzeugen einen Druck am Knöchel, leider ist der Einstieg und Ausstieg in diesen Stiefel auch relativ eng.
Ansonsten ein top Stiefel aber für mich leider nicht der passende.
