SHAD offers top mounts for a wide range of models. They are of high quality, safe and easy to mount. For final mounting of SHAD top case, SHAD carrier plate is required, which is included with all SHAD top cases (except TR48 & TR37).

Not so great
In contrast to the high quality of the case and the backrest, the mounting kit for a 2019 KTM 1290 Super Adventure was a major disappointment.**
Everything seemed to be going well, but when tightening the bolts, it turned out that the two rear bolts provided were significantly too short. As a result, I partially stripped the thread of one of the mounting points on my motorcycle.
It's hard to believe this was so poorly checked by Shad. Fortunately, I still had 1.5 cm of thread left and was able to fix it using some Loctite.
So be warned if you plan to use this kit with a KTM 1290 Super Adventure from 2017–2020.
