The helmet shell consists of a glass fiber matrix and is produced by Schuberth with the self-developed Direct Fiber Processing (DFP). By a multi-part construction of the inner shell of the helmet can absorb more energy and ensures high security.

At the same time, the O1 offers the driver maximum comfort. Despite its high load capacity, the helmet is very light. In the smallest helmet shell he brings just 1.1 kilograms on the scales.
