Revit Salt TF Motorcycle Jeans

The Salt motorcycle jeans come in a tapered fit, which is why they fit comfortably at the waist and thighs, taper from the knee and narrow towards the ankle. These motorcycle jeans are much more detailed than any other in Revit's range. The stripes on the back pockets are printed and take their cue from the exemplary models of the 50s. The medium light blue wash makes for an expressive classic heritage look, especially when paired with a rugged leather motorcycle jacket or dress shirt. To further customize the Salt TF, pockets are incorporated at the knees where you can insert protectors at two different heights. So they always sit correctly, regardless of your leg length. How to measure your height:

1 Shoulder width

Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

2 Chest circumference

Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

3 Waist

Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

4 Hips

Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

5 Arm length

Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.

6 Inseam

Measure your inseam from the crotch down along the inside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright, ideally without shoes and with your legs slightly apart. Run the tape measure straight down and make sure it does not slip.

7 Outseam

Measure the outside leg length from your hip down the outside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright and barefoot with your legs naturally straight. Place the tape measure at the side of your hip and run it straight down to the sole. Make sure it stays close to your body and does not slip.

8 Thigh

Measure your thigh at the fullest part. Wrap the tape loosely around your leg without pulling it tight. For an accurate result, stand relaxed and distribute your weight evenly on both legs.

Funktioniert nicht auf dem Motorrad

Habe mir diese Jeans nach langem anprobieren in Größe 32W/34L gekauft obwohl ich den Schnitt nicht besonders prickelnd und etwas sackartig an den Oberschenkeln fand. In der Länge war sie ok, ohne Schuhe war der Abstand des Saumes zum Boden ca. 1cm. Bei der ersten Fahrt auf dem Motorrad sind die Protektoren zu 3/4 auf die Oberschenkel gerutscht, die Knie waren von 1/4 der Protektoren bedeckt. Die Jeans ist so weit hochgerutscht, dass zwischen meinen Motorrad Sneakers (Dainese Metractive) und dem Saum der Jeans mehr als eine Handbreit meines Beins unbedeckt war. Der Schritt der Jeans ist so komisch geschnitten, dass allein das aufsitzen auf das Motorrad die Jeans kräftig nach oben rutschen lässt. Selbst die 36er Länge hätte 5 cm mehr gebracht, nicht genug um die Protektoren korrekt zu positionieren und eine korrekte Länge beim fahren zu garantieren. Die zwei Sterne gibt es für die gelungene Jeansoptik des Stoffs und das angenehme Gefühl auf der Haut.
