Absolutely fantastic!
I've now worn the pants with and without the liner in sunshine and pounding rain. Had phone and wallet and in the front pockets and both stayed completely dry. Pants are very comfortable and have an excellent fit with and without the liner. These are the fourth or fifth touring pants I've owned and they are by far the best one yet.
