Oxford Mint Chain Cleaner is a motorcycle chain cleaner designed to thoroughly remove old chain lubricant, oil, dirt and built-up residues from contaminated chains. Regular chain cleaning is important because dirt and grit mixed with chain lube can create a grinding paste, which may significantly reduce chain life according to manufacturer information. The powerful formulation dissolves dried-on contamination and helps remove residues from the chain links. High-pressure delivery quickly blasts out grit and dirt, while slow-evaporating solvents remain on the surface for longer to help dissolve more contamination. The emulsifying formula allows the cleaner to be washed off easily after use, leaving a clean chain ready for a fresh protective layer of Oxford Mint Chain Lube. The cleaner features a fresh mint scent.
