Material technology GORE-TEX®
The climate membrane is an extremely thin layer of stretched polytetrafluoroethylene (1.4 billion pores per square centimeter). The pores give the GORE-TEX material its special properties. Waterproof: Products can withstand high water pressure, which can occur in extreme weather conditions and challenging environments. Windproof: This feature provides a comfortable feel as the garment will not let wind through and so preserves your microclimate. Breathable: The material does not allow water vapor molecules to escape to the outside, thus helping to reduce overheating and moisture buildup inside clothing.

Very comfortable sport touring boot. I haven't tried them in rain to test their waterproofness but I've been happy with Gaerne boots in the past. Stretch fit design makes them easy on/off.

Sehr bequemer Stiefel
Ausgiebis damit gefahren. Temperaturen von 10 bis 31 Grad. Immer angenehm zu tragen.
Kann den Stiefel nur empfehlen. Für den Winter würe ich ihn nicht nehmen. Ober er Wasserdicht ist, kann ich nicht sagen.

Sehr bequemer Stiefel
Habe den Stiefel jetzt sein ein paar Wochen und fühle mich vom Anfang an wohl. Drückt nicht, ist auch bei hohen Temperaturen gut zu tragen. Selbst bei 10 Grad auf dem Großglockner habe ich keine kalten Füße bekommen.
Ob er komplett wasserdicht ist, musste ich noch nicht probieren. Denke aber schon.
Kann den Stiefel in Größe 42 nur empfehlen; auch bei schmalen Füßen (so wie meine).
