Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

Chest circumference
Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

Waist
Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

Hips
Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

Arm length
Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.

Tolles taillierter Damenshirt mit Elasthan
Schönes Damenshirt, grössengerecht. Nicht so wie andere Shirts ,wo man 3 Größen mehr nehmen muss.
Lässt sich auch gut waschen, behält die Form.
Regulär finde ich jedoch 39 Euro recht teuer, dass man Webung trägt, deshalb bei Reduzierung direkt gekauft

Gute Passform
Trägt sich angenehm und hat eine gute Passform. Leider ist kurz vor der unteren Nahr bereits ein kleines Loch, dies hat wohl mit der Anbringung des Logos zu tun. Sollte in Zukunft darauf geachtet werden bei 40 Euro hätte ich es reklamiert, habe es reduziert gekauft.
