Measure your head circumference by placing the tape measure horizontally around your head. Guide it about one centimetre above your eyebrows across your forehead and around the widest part at the back of your head. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and is neither slipping nor too tight so you get an accurate measurement.

It’s a good helmet, but it has its nuances.
After a season of riding, I can say that the helmet is decent. But for this price, I expected something more. It’s my first carbon helmet, but the advertised lighter weight and better noise insulation feel like just another marketing trick.
