Die Handlänge misst du von der Spitze deines Mittelfingers bis zum Handgelenk. Lege deine Hand dabei flach und gestreckt auf eine ebene Fläche und miss entlang der Handinnenfläche. Achte darauf, dass die Finger vollständig ausgestreckt sind und das Maßband gerade verläuft.

Die Handbreite misst du an der breitesten Stelle deiner Handfläche, meist im Bereich des Handballens unterhalb der Finger.
