Der Aviator 3 erhöht das Wettbewerbsniveau und definiert die Standards eines Offroad-Helms neu. Die Helmschale, die es ausschließlich in der Primal-Version in 3K-Carbon gibt, geht den anderen Grafik-Varianten in HPC Carbon voraus. Der Helm kommt mit 4 Helmschalengrößen, die durch Tests im Windkanal entworfen sind, um die beste Form und Leistung zu erzielen. Daher wurde der Aerodynamik mit dem Ziel, den Helm auch bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten stabil zu halten, und der Thermodynamik zur Optimierung der Wärmeregulierung große Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Alle Technologien von Airoh wurden in diesem Helm zusammengefasst. Wie auch das AMS2 Plus System (Airoh Multiaction Safety System Plus), AEFR (Airoh Emergency Fast Release) und die magnetischen Wangenpolster AMLS (Airoh Magnetic Lining System). Die 8 Lufteinlässe und der Spoiler mit integrierten Luftauslässen, ein ins EPS integriertes AHS (Airoh Hydration System) Kanalsystem sorgen beim Aviator 3 für bessere Luftzu- und -abfuhr.

Den Kopfumfang misst du, indem du das Massband einmal waagerecht um deinen Kopf legst. Führe es etwa einen Zentimeter oberhalb der Augenbrauen über die Stirn und um den Hinterkopf an der breitesten Stelle. Achte darauf, dass das Massband rundum auf gleicher Höhe verläuft und weder verrutscht noch zu straff sitzt, um ein genaues Ergebnis zu erhalten.
