Schulterumfang
Den Schulterumfang misst du, indem du das Massband einmal komplett um deinen Oberkörper führst. Lege es an einer Schulter an, führe es über den oberen Rücken zur anderen Schulter und anschliessend vorne wieder zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. Das Massband sollte dabei auf Höhe der Schultern verlaufen und die breiteste Stelle abdecken. Achte darauf, dass es gerade sitzt und weder verdreht noch zu straff angezogen ist.

Brustumfang
Den Brustumfang misst du an der breitesten Stelle deiner Brust. Führe das Massband waagerecht unter den Armen um deinen Oberkörper. Achte darauf, dass das Band gerade verläuft und du entspannt atmest, ohne die Brust aufzublähen.

Taille
Die Taille misst du an der schmalsten Stelle deines Oberkörpers, meist knapp oberhalb des Bauchnabels. Stelle dich aufrecht hin und atme normal weiter, während du das Massband waagerecht um deinen Körper legst. Achte darauf, dass das Band weder einschneidet noch zu locker sitzt, damit du ein realistisches Mass erhältst.

Hüfte
Die Hüfte misst du an der breitesten Stelle deines Gesässes. Stelle dich gerade hin, die Füsse etwa hüftbreit auseinander, und führe das Massband waagerecht um deinen Körper. Wichtig ist, dass das Massband überall auf gleicher Höhe verläuft und nicht nach oben oder unten verrutscht.

Armlänge
Die Armlänge misst du vom äusseren Schulterpunkt (Übergang vom Oberarmknochen zur Schulter) bis zum Handgelenk. Lasse deinen Arm dabei locker und entspannt seitlich am Körper hängen. Das Massband führst du entlang der Aussenseite des Arms bis zum Handgelenk.
