Conçu pour correspondre à la veste d’exploration 3-en-1 Mahala Pro, le pantalon Mahala Pro offre la même polyvalence inégalée. Le pantalon est fabriqué à partir de Cordura® 12 oz de haute qualité fabriqué exclusivement pour Merlin et dispose d’un système de superposition imperméable et thermique interchangeable avec des aérations à l’arrière des cuisses pour améliorer la circulation de l’air dans les climats plus chauds. L’armure D3O® est pré-montée aux hanches et aux genoux.

Really nice, fast delivery, poor customer service

I bought the entire set of gear, merlin jacket, pants, gloves, boots and helmet, amazing product, very well made. Cost over 2000$. Jacket, boots and helmet fit like a charm, gloves are tight and will need some breaking in, but the pants is a different story. According to the size chart I’m an XL which I had never been before, I’m a medium in everything I wear. Still, took a gamble and ordered the XL. They’re so oversized it’s not funny. I reordered the medium and tried to return the XL. The cost is so great that I might as well save time and burn them. Tried to contact customer service to get a printed return label but received a generic copy/pasted response saying i can use the return form. I contacted them again saying I’m not in the EU and explained the cost of return would be greater than the value of the pants and I again got the same generic answer in German. I tried to escalate higher but just got ignored. They made an insane amount of money on me and could not accommodate me with a simple return label. That said, the Merlin line up is a thing of beauty. So much that I was ready to take a hit and reorder what I hope is the right size.

Grundsätzlich eine wertige Hose

Die Hose macht Grundsätzlich einen wertigen Eindruck. Die Grössenangaben stimmen leider überhaupt nicht. Laut Beschrieb sollte ich eine XL nehmen, Beinlänge zwischen normal und kurz. Bei Nachfrage beim Kundendienst wurde mir eine M in kurz empfohlen, ggf. auch eine L. Leider zu Gross und zu kurz. Bin 170cm gross und habe ca 75kg, normale Figur. Habe sie dann in der Grösse S in normaler Länge bestellt, diese sitzen wie angegossen. Kann mich gut bewegen und sind nicht zu eng.

Excellent

The Mahala pro trousers are very well made, robust, extremely warm and comfortable and have kept me dry when raining. I think the sizing of the trousers is quite accurate to the sizing guide… I bought a size 2XL to match my regular size when buying normal trousers/jeans of 54 (EU) and found the waist size and regular leg length to be correct (I am 178cm tall) and the trousers a nice comfortable fit. I would recommend trying a smaller size XL though as these trousers are quite “roomy”.

Ziemlich gut!

Sehr bequeme Hose die ordentlich ausgestattet ist mit Protektoren. Besonders gut gefallen mir die vielen Größen. Ich habe mir die in Größe M-kurz (Ich bin 1,71m) bestellt und die Hose passt perfekt! Auch die Verarbeitung macht einen sehr guten und ordentlichen Eindruck. Alles sehr robust. Würde ich wieder kaufen!
