How to measure your height:

Body height
To determine your exact height, stand on a flat surface without shoes, preferably with your back against a straight wall. Ensure that your head, shoulders and bottom are lightly touching the wall. Use a tape measure or folding rule and measure vertically from the highest point of your head (crown) to the sole of your foot. A second person can help you hold the tape measure straight and read the exact height.

Chest circumference
To measure your chest size correctly, place the measuring tape horizontally around your upper body at the fullest part of your chest. Ensure that the tape measure is not too tight and runs parallel to the floor. Breathe in and out normally to obtain a realistic measurement. It may be helpful to take the measurement in front of a mirror or ask a second person for assistance.

Waist circumference
The waist circumference is measured at the narrowest point of your torso – usually just above the navel. Ensure that the tape measure is horizontal and fits snugly, but does not cut into the skin. Breathe calmly and maintain a natural posture to obtain an accurate result.

Hip circumference
To measure your hip circumference, stand upright and wrap the tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Ensure that the tape measure is flat and parallel to the floor. A second person or a mirror can help to take an accurate measurement.

Inside leg length
The inside leg length is measured along the inside of the leg from the crotch to the sole of the foot. Stand up straight, preferably barefoot. If possible, ask someone else to help you to obtain a more accurate measurement. A practical method is to measure a pair of pants that fit well: Lay them flat and measure the inside leg length from the crotch to the bottom hem.

Sehr guter Helm
Ich benutze den Helm zum Kart fahren. Tolles Sichtfeld, sehr bequeme Passform auch bei Mehrstundenrennen sehr zu empfehlen, da er auch nach langem tragen keine Komfort Einbußen hat. Durch das Carbon auch sehr leicht was ich sehr angenehm finde. Kühlung funktioniert sehr gut. Sonnenblende auch einwandfrei. Ich fahre in mit Kommunikationsgerät (Aussparungen sind vorhanden) und kann trotz dem Lärm vom Kart meine Kollegen sehr gut hören. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
P.S: ich habe ihn in M in der grünen Variante.

Nach meiner ersten kurzen Bewertung, jetzt 3 Tage später, nach einer ausgiebigen Fahrt, mein Fazit.
Der Helm sitzt auf meiner Rübe sehr gut. Bequem, nix drückt (naja, die Ohren richtig unterbringen ist nach Jahren von Klapphelm übungssache).
Sichtfeld Ls2 typisch super. Sonnenblende passt genau von der Tönung. Lüftung über Kinn sehr gut, ich hab die obere zugemacht bei flotterer Fahrt damits nicht auf die Augen zieht. Kinnriemen nach kurzer Gewöhnung ist der neue Verschluss top.
Lautstärke ist gut, gibt bestimmt leisere Helme, für mich aber OK.
Der eigentliche Grund dieses Helmkaufes, Brille, - aufsetzen funktioniert von mal zu mal besser, sitzt auch richtig und drückt absolut nicht.
Gewicht in der Carbonvariante super. Gegen den Ls2 Valiant schon fast ein Leichtgewicht mit ca 300gr weniger.
Es gibt für mich nur ein einziges Manko (jammern auf hohem Niveau) - an den oberen Lufteinlassen entsteht ab ca 80Km/h ein unangenehmes wummern. Wie im Auto wenn nur ein Heckfenster einen Spalt geöffnet ist.
Ob dies mit meinem Motorrad, Bandit 1200 mit kurzer Scheibe, zusammenhängt? Keine Ahnung, nach schließen dieser Öffnungen war Ruhe, trotzdem gut belüftet bei ca 24°C.
Von meiner Seite her alles richtig gemacht.

Das warten hat sich gelohnt.
Hab einen neuen Helm benötigt in dem ich auch meine Brille tragen kann. Auf meinem Blutzer haben nur die 4xl Helme von Ls2 Platz.
Bestellt in Carbon schwarz/neon gelb.
Sitzt sehr gut, Brille passt ohne verbiegen und drücken. Kein drücken auf Stirn oder Ohren, trotzdem stramme, bequeme Passform.
Kurze Runde ums Dorf, - ich bin begeistert, auch von der niedrigen Geräuschentwicklung.
Für mich ein super Helm zu einem Top Preis.
