How to measure your height:

1 Body height

To determine your exact height, stand on a flat surface without shoes, preferably with your back against a straight wall. Ensure that your head, shoulders and bottom are lightly touching the wall. Use a tape measure or folding rule and measure vertically from the highest point of your head (crown) to the sole of your foot. A second person can help you hold the tape measure straight and read the exact height.

2 Chest circumference

To measure your chest size correctly, place the measuring tape horizontally around your upper body at the fullest part of your chest. Ensure that the tape measure is not too tight and runs parallel to the floor. Breathe in and out normally to obtain a realistic measurement. It may be helpful to take the measurement in front of a mirror or ask a second person for assistance.

3 Waist circumference

The waist circumference is measured at the narrowest point of your torso – usually just above the navel. Ensure that the tape measure is horizontal and fits snugly, but does not cut into the skin. Breathe calmly and maintain a natural posture to obtain an accurate result.

4 Hip circumference

To measure your hip circumference, stand upright and wrap the tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Ensure that the tape measure is flat and parallel to the floor. A second person or a mirror can help to take an accurate measurement.

5 Inside leg length

The inside leg length is measured along the inside of the leg from the crotch to the sole of the foot. Stand up straight, preferably barefoot. If possible, ask someone else to help you to obtain a more accurate measurement. A practical method is to measure a pair of pants that fit well: Lay them flat and measure the inside leg length from the crotch to the bottom hem.

Un poco ruidoso pero por 160 y pico euros no he visto casco mejor ya que es de fibra de vidrio.

素晴らしい

軽くて視界が広い。私はAraiもBellもMサイズを使いますがLS2も同じサイズ、被り口は狭いが内装はAraiよりも大きめな印象。ヘルメットの他にヘルメットの袋とバッグ、ピンロックシートとメガネ用のゴム？と反射シールも入ってる。風切り音も少なく快適です。

Шлем, бомба, долго думал какой размер заказать, в итоге заказал M и не ошибся, щёки поджаты, на голове не болтается, сидит плотно, но и не давит, размер головы 57, про шумность и вентиляцию не скажу, шлем первый, а мотоцикл ещё не купил - выбираю, для меня главное, чтобы голова не потела, и если что буду в берушах ездить, так что данная модель соответствует размерной сетки ls2. Всем удачи на дорогах ?
