The Bell Custom 500 Crate Jet Helmet embodies the timeless style of classic 3/4 helmets like no other model and combines authentic retro design with modern safety technology. Thanks to five different shell sizes, the Custom 500 offers a particularly precise and close fit across all sizes. This means that the helmet does not look bulky, but sits comfortably and evenly on the head. The high-quality fibreglass composite shell ensures high stability while weighing only around 1060 grams. Inside, the dual-density EPS liner effectively absorbs impact energy, thereby increasing safety levels in road traffic.
A special highlight is the luxurious genuine leather lining with elaborate quilting and contrasting stitching. Not only does it feel exclusive to wear, it also ensures optimal climate control and a high level of comfort on long tours. The softly padded chin strap with leather D-ring fastener is easy to use and provides a secure fit. 1 Head circumference

Measure your head circumference by placing the tape measure horizontally around your head. Guide it about one centimetre above your eyebrows across your forehead and around the widest part at the back of your head. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and is neither slipping nor too tight so you get an accurate measurement.
