Measure your head circumference by placing the tape measure horizontally around your head. Guide it about one centimetre above your eyebrows across your forehead and around the widest part at the back of your head. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and is neither slipping nor too tight so you get an accurate measurement.

De helm heeft een vrij dunnen vulling en het is moeilijk om er een bril onder te dragen. Hij valt ook vrij klein.

Small, light and thin shell... The helmet is ideal for summer, for short trips, for a coffee in the city... I have already bought a second one, let my wife have one too, as my traveling companion, and let's coordinate the design... :-)
