How to measure your height:

Waist
Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

Hips
Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

Inseam
Measure your inseam from the crotch down along the inside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright, ideally without shoes and with your legs slightly apart. Run the tape measure straight down and make sure it does not slip.

Thigh
Measure your thigh at the fullest part. Wrap the tape loosely around your leg without pulling it tight. For an accurate result, stand relaxed and distribute your weight evenly on both legs.

Great touring and urban city pants
Great pants, as usual, Alpinestars product quality is amazing. Comfortable at +5C and 150kmh and till +15C in the city at 50-80kph.
Note that even though pants are breathable (really well), vents are limited to 2 pockets and 2 above the knees, so if your engine gets 103C+ and city only, including traffic, then is OK for cool weather, otherwise for long-runs - amazing.

Good trousers, nice green colour.
Beware odd sizing; 4XL works out to be 38", something I've never experienced before. But, they're quality trousers. You'll need long johns underneath in winter, but they're totally waterproof with no draughts, if you seal the Velcro tight to your boots.

Habe die Hose gleich bei Schnee und Minusgraden ausprobiert und die Hose ist absolut wasserdicht und hält schön warm, musste sogar zwischenzeitlich mal die Lüftungsschlitze öffnen. Ich habe die Hose nach der Tabelle bestellt und sie passt perfekt.

Buena calidad
Uno de los problemas de comprar sin probar el producto es tallaje. En este caso, totalmente acertado. Me ha gustado sus acabados y detalles. Una vez puestos son muy comodos. Los probé un dia de lluvia y son totalmente impermeables. Satisfecho con la compra.

Klein aber oho
Die Hose fällt zwar sehr klein aus (habe noch nie 3XL bestellen müssen) - also mind. 1 Größe größer bestellen! - aber trägt sich sehr bequem und schützt gut vor der Herbstkälte auf dem Roller.
