Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

Chest circumference
Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

Waist
Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

Hips
Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

Arm length
Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.

Gut verarbeiteter Jethelm mit coolem Look
Der Helm passt für meine Kopfform sehr gut und sieht mit seinem "Cafe Racing Design" sehr cool u.a. auf Retro- und Vintage-Bikes aus. Ich habe den schwarzen zurück geschickt und bin auf weiß umgeschwenkt.
Wunderschön gearbeitetes Innenpolster in braunem Alcantara-Design. Eine aufknöpfbare Sonnenblende ist enthalten. Der Ratschenverschluss ist Geschmackssache, jedoch insbesondere bei einem Jethelm meiner Meinung nach mehr als ausreichend.

Ein Helm mehr für die Sammlung. Super Design, Qualität top, Preis unschlagbar!!! Trage normal L, war ein wenig zu groß. Auf Anfrage ob man Wangenpolster nachbestellen könne, wurden sie kostenlos nachgeliefert. Fantastischer Kundenservice, absolute Kaufempfehlung, werde gleich wieder ordern!!!
