Regular

After several months of wearing it: Nice product but just for commuting short distances up to 30 miles/hour. I don’t think they will be useful if you ride faster than that. If you wear trousers or jeans (regular fit) they don’t tight enough so they may end up in your feet after an impact or fall. If you wear them with tight pants (e.g. your girlfriend), then they fit much better to your knees.
