Measure your head circumference by placing the tape measure horizontally around your head. Guide it about one centimetre above your eyebrows across your forehead and around the widest part at the back of your head. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and is neither slipping nor too tight so you get an accurate measurement.

Arrived on time and good fit. Not so good that the liner is not removable but a great looking helmet and good value, The Modeka Toronto goggles work very well with this helmet.
