Measure your head circumference by placing the tape measure horizontally around your head. Guide it about one centimetre above your eyebrows across your forehead and around the widest part at the back of your head. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and is neither slipping nor too tight so you get an accurate measurement.

Very good
The helmet is amazing.Although it has a top,your head is not lifted upwards.I tried it at speeds around 150km/h and my head was stable.There is some noise but i dont care.
You have to screw tight the top,otherwise you hear a plastic noise during riding.
