Super für warme Sommertage
Sehr zufrieden mit der Jacke an sich - bei heißen Tagen (35° und mehr) ist es auf dem Bike sehr gut auszuhalten und man fühlt sich gut geschützt und durch die Mesheinsätze gut belüftet.
Der Schnitt ist etwas länger als üblich bei Motorradjacken - da ich sehr groß bin (1,96, kräftige Statur, leichter Bauch) - sitzt diese Jacke sehr gut bei mir, sowohl im Sitzen auf dem Bike, als auch im Stehen.
Ich habe mir eine dünne Fliesjacke dazu gekauft, die ich darunter tragen kann, sollte es mal kühler sein - damit ist es auch bei 15 Grad sehr angenehm und diese Unterjacke ist preiswert und dünn. Fällt unter der Jacke kaum auf. Dazu hat diese Fliesjacke einen stehkragen (und keine Kapuze) - das ist dann gleichzeitig am Hals angenehm wärmend.
Der mitgelieferte Regenlayer überzeugt mich weniger, denn er macht die Jacke zum einen schnell schwitzig / nicht so atmungsaktiv. Zum anderen ist er nicht sehr bequem. Er ist kürzer geschnitten, als die Jacke, kratzt damit an den Handgelenken durch den weiter oben sitzenden Gummizug. Ich werde ihn dennoch nutzen, aber eher im Notfall, also wenn es wirklich kühl wird.
Bei 5-10 Grad ist Jacke + Regenlayer + zusätzlicher (dünner) Fliesjacke windgeschützt und warm genug.
Für Regenwetter habe ich noch eine Regenüberjacke gekauft, die ich im Fall der Fälle dem mitgelieferten Regenlayer vorziehen würde. Denn über der Modeka Jacke klebt die Regenüberjacke auch nicht auf der Haut und fühlt sich somit angenehmer an, als der mitgelieferte Regenlayer. Dazu sitzt alles zusammen auch besser.
Ein Hinweis noch zum empfohlenen Rückenprotektor - dieser nimmt dann "leider" fast den ganzen Rücken ein. Gut für den Schutz, schlecht für die Belüftung, denn nun habe ich schnell darunter ein Hitzeproblem - bei 30 Grad plus. Ein Mesh-Protektor ist vor allem Teuer, aber vermutlich den Preis wert, wenn es um Hochsommer-tauglichkeit geht. Um 25 Grad reichen die Belüftungskanäle und Löcher des empfohlenen Protektors aber aus.
Fazit:
Vielseitge, bequeme Jacke, mit genügend Taschen die mit ein paar Extras (Thermojacke darunter) einen noch größeren Temperaturbereich abdecken kann.
