How to measure your height:

Body height
To determine your exact height, stand on a flat surface without shoes, preferably with your back against a straight wall. Ensure that your head, shoulders and bottom are lightly touching the wall. Use a tape measure or folding rule and measure vertically from the highest point of your head (crown) to the sole of your foot. A second person can help you hold the tape measure straight and read the exact height.

Chest circumference
To measure your chest size correctly, place the measuring tape horizontally around your upper body at the fullest part of your chest. Ensure that the tape measure is not too tight and runs parallel to the floor. Breathe in and out normally to obtain a realistic measurement. It may be helpful to take the measurement in front of a mirror or ask a second person for assistance.

Waist circumference
The waist circumference is measured at the narrowest point of your torso – usually just above the navel. Ensure that the tape measure is horizontal and fits snugly, but does not cut into the skin. Breathe calmly and maintain a natural posture to obtain an accurate result.

Hip circumference
To measure your hip circumference, stand upright and wrap the tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Ensure that the tape measure is flat and parallel to the floor. A second person or a mirror can help to take an accurate measurement.

Inside leg length
The inside leg length is measured along the inside of the leg from the crotch to the sole of the foot. Stand up straight, preferably barefoot. If possible, ask someone else to help you to obtain a more accurate measurement. A practical method is to measure a pair of trousers that fit well: Lay them flat and measure the inside leg length from the crotch to the bottom hem.

Super casque mais livraison pas sérieuse pour un casque!
Le casque est top, léger, tres agréable, je viens de le recevoir mais je suis très mécontente de son emballage pour livraison : aucune mention "FRAGILE" sur le carton (comme les autres magasin le font eux, pour éviter que le casque ne soit jeté dans le camion, le livreur ne pouvait pas savoir qu'il devait faire attention à mon colis) et de plus aucune mousse dans le carton pour protéger et amortir en cas de chute du colis dans le camion (mes précédents casques chez dafy étaient très bien entourés de mousse et protégés) je trouve ça honteux pour un casque dont on sait qu'une simple chute de 50cm le rend inutilisable et que ca ne se voit pas... Bref, je suis contente du casque et du prix, mais je n'en commanderai plus sur FC Moto car la livraison de colis sensible comme ça n'est pas sérieuse. Si j'avais su je n'aurais pas commandé, alors je le mentionne pour ceux qui comme moi, prennent grand soin de leur casque et sont attentifs à la sécurité. Mon casque vient a peine d'arriver et je ne sais pas si il est encore efficace ou s'il a déjà chuté dans le camion de livraison, à ce prix là avec un tel niveau d'homologation, ça ne doit pas arriver. La livraison à été rapide, à défaut d'être soignée... une simple mention "FRAGILE" et de la mousse dans la boite aurait tout changé.

Sehr gute Passform und Be-/Entlüftung.
Sehr leise.
Einziger Nachteil bisher aus meiner Sicht ist eine fehlende Raststufe ca. 2 cm oberhalb der Schliessstellung da die nächsthöhere schon das Sichtfeld einschränkt.
