Qualität mangelhaft
Hallo...
Ich habe die Jacke gekauft, weil ich etwas sichtbarer sein möchte für die anderen Leute in den Autos, den Fußgängern und auch den Motorradfahrern.
Die Isolierung und die winddichte herausnehmbare Jacke sind gut. Aber jetzt kommt's:
Nach 2 Ausfahrten gewaschen wegen den toten Insekten. Nach dem Waschen hingen überall Fäden an den Klettverschlüssen herum. An ein zwei Stellen löst sich der Klettverschluss auf. Und die Klettverschlüsse an der Handgelenken haben auch keine "Kraft" mehr. Das habe ich alles auf Fotos dokumentiert und an FC Moto per E-Mail gemeldet.
Aufgrund der Qualität ist die Jacke ein Fehlkauf für mich. Jetzt bin ich auf FC Moto gespannt - wie das Problem gelöst wird.
