How to measure your height:

Body height
To determine your exact height, stand on a flat surface without shoes, preferably with your back against a straight wall. Ensure that your head, shoulders and bottom are lightly touching the wall. Use a tape measure or folding rule and measure vertically from the highest point of your head (crown) to the sole of your foot. A second person can help you hold the tape measure straight and read the exact height.

Chest circumference
To measure your chest size correctly, place the measuring tape horizontally around your upper body at the fullest part of your chest. Ensure that the tape measure is not too tight and runs parallel to the floor. Breathe in and out normally to obtain a realistic measurement. It may be helpful to take the measurement in front of a mirror or ask a second person for assistance.

Waist circumference
The waist circumference is measured at the narrowest point of your torso – usually just above the navel. Ensure that the tape measure is horizontal and fits snugly, but does not cut into the skin. Breathe calmly and maintain a natural posture to obtain an accurate result.

Hip circumference
To measure your hip circumference, stand upright and wrap the tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Ensure that the tape measure is flat and parallel to the floor. A second person or a mirror can help to take an accurate measurement.

Inside leg length
The inside leg length is measured along the inside of the leg from the crotch to the sole of the foot. Stand up straight, preferably barefoot. If possible, ask someone else to help you to obtain a more accurate measurement. A practical method is to measure a pair of trousers that fit well: Lay them flat and measure the inside leg length from the crotch to the bottom hem.

gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
guter Qualitätseindruck, gute Verarbeitung, vielleicht etwas schwer was vermutlicih der Sonnenblende geschuldet ist. Aber deswegen habe ich u.a. den Helm gekauft.
Alle Funktionen einwandfrei.
Negativ finde ich dass es keine Bedienungsanleitung gibt die z.B. zeigt wie man die Visiere tauscht und was man am Helm alles verändern und bedienen kann. dass man z.B. das große Schild in der Neigung verstellen kann per Hand, habe ich eher zufällig entdeckt.
Geschwindigkeiten bis 120km/h sind ok was den Helm betrifft, darüber wird es dann schon unruhig und vor allem laut. Was mich wiklich nervt ist der Verschluss. Es ist ein Ratschnverschluss und kein Doppel-D wie ich es eigentlich erwartet hatte. Und dieser Verschluss ist irgendwie hakelig und ein echter Negativpunkt. Mit Doppel-D wäre er fast perfekt für mich.

Sehr zufrieden
Ich habe jetzt mit dem Helm ca. 3.500km bei verschiedensten Wetterlagen gemacht und bin sehr positiv überrascht! Ich hatte vorher schon einen LS2 Helm, und habe mich an seiner Größe orientiert leider war diese zu groß und ich habe mir dann den Helm in einer Nummer kleiner bestellt. Er kam in seinem Karton in einem sehr hochwertigen Helmbeutel und war dann nochmal in Styropor verpackt. Außerdem lag ein Helmkissen, eine Bedienungsanleitung und das Pin Lock Visier bei. Allerdings habe ich in der Bedienungsanleitung nicht gefunden, wie man das Visier ausbaut und musste deswegen Youtube zu Rate ziehen.
Der Helm hat aber keinen doppel D Verschluss! Sondern eine Ratsche.
Leider lässt sich ein Intercom nur sehr schlecht an dem Helm anbringen und ich musste in der Zeit mehrmals nachbessern und neue Klebestreifen verwenden. Im Vergleich zu anderen Endurohelmen die ich mir bestellt habe, ist dieser Helm sehr schön leicht und ausgesprochen gut belüftet. Leider bringen diese Faktoren eine enorme Geräuschentwicklung in dem Helm mit sich die selbst meine Erfahrung mit Nakedbikes und Integralhelmen übertroffen haben. Aber selbst bei Regen wurden die Lüftungen dem Helm nicht zum Verhängnis und ich bin unterm Helm trocken geblieben.
Das Innenfutter ist leider nicht herausnehmbar und waschbar. Dafür aber in meinem Empfinden äußerst bequem und verfügt auch über einen Notfallentriegelung.
Alles in allem stört mich heute nur noch, dass ich das Intercom nicht um Halten bekomme und würde den Helm nochmal kaufen.
