How to measure your height:

1 Body height

To determine your exact height, stand on a flat surface without shoes, preferably with your back against a straight wall. Ensure that your head, shoulders and bottom are lightly touching the wall. Use a tape measure or folding rule and measure vertically from the highest point of your head (crown) to the sole of your foot. A second person can help you hold the tape measure straight and read the exact height.

2 Chest circumference

To measure your chest size correctly, place the measuring tape horizontally around your upper body at the fullest part of your chest. Ensure that the tape measure is not too tight and runs parallel to the floor. Breathe in and out normally to obtain a realistic measurement. It may be helpful to take the measurement in front of a mirror or ask a second person for assistance.

3 Waist circumference

The waist circumference is measured at the narrowest point of your torso – usually just above the navel. Ensure that the tape measure is horizontal and fits snugly, but does not cut into the skin. Breathe calmly and maintain a natural posture to obtain an accurate result.

4 Hip circumference

To measure your hip circumference, stand upright and wrap the tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Ensure that the tape measure is flat and parallel to the floor. A second person or a mirror can help to take an accurate measurement.

5 Inside leg length

The inside leg length is measured along the inside of the leg from the crotch to the sole of the foot. Stand up straight, preferably barefoot. If possible, ask someone else to help you to obtain a more accurate measurement. A practical method is to measure a pair of trousers that fit well: Lay them flat and measure the inside leg length from the crotch to the bottom hem.

Sehr guter Jethelm

Ich musste leider erst zahlreiche Jethelme, verschiedener Helm Hersteller durchprobieren bis ich endlich den für mich und meine "Melone" passenden Helm gefunden habe. Zum Helm: Ich trage den Helm in XL und er passt perfekt zu meiner Kopfform. Der Tragekomfort ist sehr gut, nichts drückt oder ist unangenehm. Die Innenausstattung fühlt sich angenehm an und ist gut verarbeitet. Als Brillenträger kann ich den Helm ohne Probleme mit Brille, auf und absetzen. Der Helm trägt optisch relativ wenig auf, heißt: er macht keinen "Pilzkopf ". Der Ratschenverschluss ist gut umgesetzt, hält sicher und ist leicht zu öffnen und schließen. Das Innenvisier funktioniert sehr gut, lässt sich gut verstellen und klappert nicht. Das Visier ist angenehm groß und geht sogar über meine relativ große Sehbrille drüber, was nicht bei jedem Helm den ich probiert habe, der Fall war. Zur Geräuschentwicklung kann ich nicht viel sagen, Jethelme sind praktisch immer etwas lauter als Integralhelme. Ich empfinde den Helm weder als besonders leise noch als besonders Laut. Ab 120 km/h wird es eben etwas lauter. Aber der Helm "pfeift" nicht oder gibt sonstige störende Geräusche von sich. Das Helm Design ist wie immer eine persönliche Geschmacksfrage. Mir gefällt es das Design sehr gut! Die Verarbeitung ist wertig und qualitativ, alles fühlt sich gut an und er trägt sich auch sehr angenehm. Ich kann diesen Helm weiterempfehlen.

Top Helm zum fairen Preis

Der Helm sitzt wie angewachsen, sehr angenehme Polsterung die herausnehmbar & waschbar ist. Windgeräusche ab ca. 90km etwas lauter, die jedoch für einen Jethelm völlig normal- & vertretbar sind. Top verarbeitet & hochwertige Optik wie Haptik - Visierverstellung während der Fahrt funktioniert super! Daumen hoch, habe den Helm jetzt drei Monate, würde ihn jeder Zeit wieder kaufen!
